Pausing recording
Stopping recording and switching to a new file

Press the BG key to select the background port.

Press the [ x ] key in the BACK GROUND operation section.
• This pauses recording on the background port (R2 port).
• In this state, hold down the [ z ] key once again and press the [ B ] key to
resume recording to the same recording file, allowing a connected
recording.

Hold down the [ z ] key in the BACK GROUND operation section, and
press the [ x ] key.
"REC STOP" appears to indicate that recording to
the current recording file has stopped.

Recording to the current recording file stops, and a new recording file for
the next recording is opened.
