Trouble-shooting
Operating problems may occur due to irregular
maintenance, the use of unsuitable materials, or
incorrect handling of the machine.
The following Table presents a summary of a range of
problems and their possible causes.
During the warranty period, malfunctions must be
dealt with by your responsible Service Agent or a
specialist workshop.
If a problem can only be eliminated through repair,
then your responsible Service Agent must be called
in.
8.1
Engine
All faults in the diesel engine must be examined as
described in their specific Perkins Engine Operating
Instructions 1104C-44T.
