MAINTENANCE

Fuel System Bleeding

The fuel system must be bled:
1. If the engine has stopped due to an empty fuel tank.
2. After replacement of the fuel filter or removal of the fuel line.
Procedure:
1. Fill the tank with fuel and turn the ignition key to on.
2. Loosen the air breather screw of the fuel filter two or three turns.
3. When fuel free from air flows (bubbles) from the air breather screw, tighten the Air breath screw.
4. The bleeding of the system is now finished.

Air Filter Check and Maintenance

Perform air cleaner maintenance:
- Daily when working with front-mounted machines or in a dusty environment
- Every 100 hours of operation

To remove the dust from the evacuator valve squeeze it between thumb and fingers to let excess dust out
and wipe around the valve to keep it clean from outside.
To clean the main element, remove the cover (3).
Remove the element (2).
Remove dust by blowing it out of the element with compressed air. Check the element to ensure it is not
damaged. Reassemble the cover (3).
Replace the element after cleaning five times or if it is damaged.
Never clean the filter element by hitting it against a solid surface.
When reassembling, make sure all surfaces are properly sealed to prevent dust from entering.
