To increase the tipping stability:
 Remove all monitors and other additional
devices from the top shelf.
 Dismount any additional devices mounted to
the swivel arms or the top of the device (e.g.,
patient monitors, data management systems,
syringe pumps).
 Clear the writing tray and slide it completely
into the device.
 Position the optional flexible arm for breathing
bag close to the device.
Prepare additional components as described in the
respective instructions for use.
