5. ENGINE

Loosen the rear axle nut.
Support the scooter securely on its main
stand.
Remove the bolts, and then remove the rear
brake caliper.
Rear brake caliper bolts
Disconnect the alternator cord including the
crank position sensor cord.
Remove the spark plug cap.
Remove the bolts.
Remove the shock absorbers.
