Troubleshooting Your Valve System
Changing Valve
Change the complete valve assembly when the following symptoms still occur
after cleaning the valve (as described in
page 91) and troubleshooting the tubing (as described in
Connectors at Valve"
page 90):
• valve leaking;
• air bubbles in tubing leading from valve;
• >0.5% cross contamination between samples;
• valve has stuck (see
