MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE

Close the radiator grille according to the following proce-
dure.
1)
Lift up the radiator grille, and push up the lock releas-
ing bar (6).
The lock is released.
2)
Close the radiator grille.

Tighten the bolts (1) (6 pieces) on the lower part of the ra-
diator grille.

EVERY 2000 HOURS MAINTENANCE

Maintenance for every 50, 250, 500 and 1000 hours service should be performed at the same time.
METHOD FOR CHANGING OIL IN HYDRAULIC TANK, REPLACING HYDRAULIC
OIL FILTER ELEMENT, REPLACING HST OIL FILTER, AND CLEANING HY-
DRAULIC TANK STRAINER
• Immediately after the engine is stopped, its parts and oil are still very hot and may cause burn in-
jury. Wait for the temperature to go down, and then start the work.
• When the oil filler cap is removed, oil may spout out. Turn the cap slowly to release the internal
pressure, then remove it carefully.
• Stop the engine, and turn the starting switch and the battery disconnect switch keys to OFF posi-
tions when handling the battery.
Refill capacity: 60 ℓ
Prepare an oil container to receive the oil, a filter wrench, and hose.

Lower the work equipment to the ground and stop the engine.
2.
Loosen the cap of oil filler port (F) slowly on the top of the
hydraulic tank to release the internal pressure in the hy-
draulic tank.
3.
Remove the cap.
4.
Remove the bolts (2) (6 pieces) on the lower part of the ra-
diator grille (1).
