9.
Open the inspection cover (7) under the engine on the low-
er part of the machine.
10. Open the drain valves(8) and (9) to drain the coolant.
REMARK
Keep the air bleeding valves (10) and (11) open while add-
ing the coolant or water to the cooling system. The air
which is collected during adding of the coolant or water will
be bled. After adding the coolant or water, close the air
bleeding valves (10) and (11).
11. After draining, close the drain valves (8) and (9) and fill
with city water.
12. After the radiator is filled with water, start the engine.
13. Run the engine at low idle for approximately 10 minutes.
14. Stop the engine.
15. Open the drain valves (8) and (9)to drain the coolant.
16. Close the drain valves (8) and (9).
17. Add the Non-Amine Engine Coolant (AF-NAC) through the
coolant filler port up to the mouth of the port.

NAC) , see "Coolant density table".
18. Start the engine.
19. Run the engine at low idle for 5 minutes, and then run at
full speed for further 5 minutes. (At this time, keep the radi-
ator cap removed.)
The air is bled from the coolant.
