30 Testing and adjusting
Hydraulic system
1. Remove the left side cover of the control valve.
2. While fixing holder (4), loosen lock nut (5).
3. Turn holder (4) to adjust the set pressure.
a When the holder is
turned clockwise, the set pressure
increases.
turned counterclockwise, the set pressure
decreases.
a Quantity of pressure adjustment per turn of
holder:
Approximately 19.6 MPa {Approximately 200
kg/cm 2 }
4. While fixing holder (4), tighten lock nut (5).
Lock nut:
39 to 49 Nm {4 to 5 kgm}
5. After finishing the adjustment, check the oil
pressure again according to the above
procedure.
