– Open profile
The Profile Browser window containing a list of previously saved profiles is opened. Based on the
Illumination type, profiles are grouped into two clusters: Brightfield and Fluorescence. Additional
profiles can be created here as well, and you can also search for a specific profile by filtering based on
the following data:
Profile name
•
Objective type (None / 20x / 40x)
•
Multilayer mode (Extended focus / Z-stack)
•
Illumination (None / Brightfield / Fluorescent)
•
Filters
•
Modify date
•
Last use date
•
Click Search to run search based on the set criteria. Click
profile available for editing. After modification click Save to overwrite existing profile or Save as to
create another one.
