Pannoramic MIDI II 2.0.5 User's Guide
On this panel you can define which filters occupy which turret positions.
Select filter hardware positions from the drop-down list
Move filter wheel to insert position
Enable position
Whenever a selected physical filter is disabled, the filter itself must be
removed from the turret.
Select Filter type, Filter channel, and Filter name
Check Available for scanning
Set Lumencor LED light source, set Excitation and Emission wavelength / bandwidth
values for the selected filter.
Set Pseudo-color
Select channels used for grayscale conversion
Select Enable Lumencor hardware trigger
Click Save to save settings.
– Z-difference
This function is available only for fluorescence settings; it enables you to set the basic focus
differences between the filters. This facilitates more precise focusing during scanning.
