On-board computer warnings

Code Cause
W011 The bike's speed cannot be
detected.
W013 The torque sensor may not
have been initialised
completely successfully.
W032 A mechanical rear derailleur
may have been fitted instead
of an electronic one.
W105 Unexpected power cut-out
detected.
W200 If the temperature exceeds
(W020) the guaranteed operating
range, the battery will
switch off.
W302 A gear shift unit that differs
(W032) from the system configuration
was fitted.

Limitation
The maximum speed before
pedal assistance is provided
may be lower than normal.
Pedal assistance may be less
than normal.
The pedal assistance provided
in the WALK level of assistance
is possibly less than normal.

Drive system won't start.
No shifting is possible.
Remedy
1 Check that the speed sensor is fitted correctly.
2 If the problem persists, contact your specialist dealer.
1 Remove foot from the pedal.
2 Press On-Off button (battery).
 The system switches on again.
3 If the problem persists, contact your specialist dealer.
1 Re-fit the front derailleur for which the system is
designed.
2 If the problem persists, contact your specialist dealer.
1 Switch drive system off and on again.
2 If the error continues to be displayed, contact your
specialist dealer.
3 Check whether the battery mount is loose.
4 Check whether the mains cable is disconnected.
 If the temperature range within which discharging is
possible has been exceeded, allow the battery to cool
down in a cool place with no direct sunlight until the
battery's internal temperature has dropped
sufficiently.
 If the temperature is lower than the temperature at
which discharge is possible, place the battery in a
warm indoor room until the battery's internal
temperature has risen sufficiently.
 Contact your specialist dealer.
