Preparatory steps
● Disconnect the cabinet from the power supply (do not forget the external power supplies).

Replacing a complete power unit
If you order a complete power unit as a replacement, make sure that only DC fuses are
used. If option L37 (DC interface including precharging input circuit) is installed in your
cabinet, the DC fuses of the spare part must be replaced with the copper lugs of the existing
power unit.
Removal steps
1. Loosen DC connections at DCP and DCN (4 screws each)
2. Remove nuts (8 screws).
3. Remove the retaining screws for the connection plate of the enclosure (4 screws) and
remove the connection plate.
4. Remove the retaining screws for the fuse insert (1 screw).
