8. Loosen and remove all fastening screws on the assembly ring ⑩ and re‐
move it.

9. Check the accuracy and stability of all mounted parts and mechanical
conntections.
After proper mechanical assembly, continue with the other connections.
Dependend from the use of the motors, certain stators can be ordered which
are already mounted into the stator housing (notice the type code!). It has the
advantage that the supplied stator is ready to assemble for mounting onto the
machine.
For details about mode, quality and position of the fastening holes refer to the
appropriate dimension sheet.
In general, the stator housing must be connected or fastened with the machine
on all fastening holes on the motor flange.
The assembly of the stator and the rotor is to be done in the same way as the
assembly procedure of the MFT/MST530 with housing.
Therefore, note the information about assembly of stators with housing in
chapter 14 "Appendix to Motor Frame Size 530G/530L and 530 with Hous‐
ing" on page 249.
Do the electrical connection of the motor according to the terminal diagram and
the instructions in chapter 8 "Connection Techniques" on page
the notes in the supplementary documentation.
