14.4.1
Mounting the Stators without Housing
Preparation
Assembly of Stators with housing
on the customer side
Appendix to Motor Frame Size 530G/530L and 530 with Housing
Dimension the shaft diameter which should absorb the spacer
sleeve for the rotor must be strong enough to limit a bending.
Heed the details about radial forces which can occur during the as‐
sembly (see
fig. 11-3 "Magnetic attractive forces at mounting" on
page
221).

Before the stator can be mounted on the machine, it must be mounted into a
housing which is prepared by the user (see
stator - MST530G, 530L" on page

When mounting, heed the details on the dimension sheets regarding

Quantity and mode of the fixing holes,

min Screw-in depth and tightening torque

The necessary screw length depends on the machine con‐
struction.

The screwed connections must be able to take up both the
force due to the weight of the motor and the forces acting dur‐
ing operation.

Lay the stator on a clean and flush base and insert the greased o-rings.
Sink the prepared housing centered over the stator up to its end position
and screw it with the stator.

jamming or clamping of the housing when sinking over the
stator.

damage of the motor side centering or the insertion fitting
within the housing.
●
pull, pressure, deviation or other loads on the connection ca‐
ble.
2.
Turn the stator with housing by 180° and fasten the terminal box on the
motor housing.
3.
Connect the connection cable of the stator on the terminal box.
