Mounting Ring
Injuries due to live parts! Lifting of heavy loads! Risk of damage!
⇒ Carry out all working steps very carefully. In this way, you minimize the risk
of accidents and damage.
⇒ Use suitable lifting equipment and protective equipment and wear protec‐
tive clothing during transport.
⇒ Do not lift or move the motor by the loom of cables.
⇒ Install the motors only when they are de-energized and not connected
electrically.
⇒ Observe the notes regarding safety and handling notes in previous chap‐
ters.
The volume and order of the here described steps can be affected by the char‐
acteristic of the machine construction and deviate from the schematically
procedure. The following description only serves for orientation. Only the
mounting instruction of the machine manufacturer is binding.

At delivery, the stator and rotor of the IndraDyn Tmotors of size 450 and 530
are optionally connected with a mounting ring The following figure shows the
construction.
