General notes

Screw lock
The machine manufacturer must observe the special features of
the construction and create a special assembly instruction for the
motor components rotor and stator. The machine manufacturer's
mounting instructions are the only binding guidelines.

The volume and order of the working steps described can be affected by spe‐
cial features of the machine construction and deviate from the schematic pro‐
cedure.
All screwed connections must be secured against potential impacts and vi‐
brations during operation of the machine. A suitable and field-tested screw
lock for all metal thread connections is, e.g., Loctite 243.
Loctite 243 is a liquid screw lock (medium-hard) and is applied to the parts to
be mounted immediately prior to assembly. For detailed information on cor‐
rect handling and processing, please refer to the manufacturer's data sheets
under http://www.loctite.de. The manufacturer's homepage also provides in‐
formation on hardening accelerators or other screw locks.
