Coupling and connector

Pay attention to the following when selecting the components:
●
The components must be suited for currents and voltage of the chosen
drive system. Especially for high DC bus voltages up to 750 V
●
required cross sections and termination threads of the cable threads.
●
Impermeability of the housing. We recommend the protection class IP65
at least.
A complete terminal box consists, for example, of the following components:

Lid
②
Seal
③
PE connection
④
Cable entry
⑤
U-V-W power connection
⑥

Coupling and connector to connect IndraDyn T motors are of bayonet lock de‐
sign and must be ordered separately.
Choose the coupling with the corresponding connector and the necessary con‐
necting diameter according to the motor data sheet.
Rexroth - Order designation: INS0382 / LXX or INS0482 / LXX

../L = soldering (contact pins for soldering)

../..XX = Connection diameter (e.g. 6 mm² = 06)
Note:
●
When assembling the connection with crimp contacts, special tools are
necessary.
●
INS048x is suitable for a connection diameter up to 10 mm².
●
INS038x is suitable for a connection diameter up to 35 mm².
