3. Fasten the stator flange with the fastening screws ⑥ on the machine
housing.
4. Fasten the rotor flanage ⑦ with the fastening screws ⑨ on the rotor ⑩.
5. Fasten the motor bearing ⑧ on the rotor flange.
6. Secure now the machine housing with the mounted stator against lift-off
from the work table.

Injuries / damage due to heavy magnetic forces!
⇒ Due to permanent magnets on the rotor and the therewith existing mag‐
netic forces can the rotor be promptly pulled into the stator. Therefore,
fasten the machine housing on the work table and use implements ( e.g.
crane with chain-hoist) which avoids uncontrolled movement of the rotor
package during lowering it into the stator.
7. Insert the rotor package centered (make restricted guidance) within the
stator until its final position.
