Connection Techniques
and Controls
The wire designation on the motors with connection cable depends on the se‐
lected stator design and must be done as follows:

Before connecting the motor, the following steps have to be done by the ma‐
chine manufacturer:
1.
Decision about the type of connection of the terminal box or coupling and
connector as well as purchasing of the needed components.
2.
Shorten the power cable to the favored length (only if required).
3.
At use of Rexroth technique of joining parts:
Assemble the connection on the motor-side according to documentation
"Rexroth Connection Cable", MNR R911322949.
4.
Fixing of the coupling and the cable harness on the machine.
