22. Does FAIL indicator on CTU light momentarily?
If YES, then STOP. YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROCEDURE.
If NO, then continue with Step 23.
23. Check wiring between PCU in facility shelf and CFU in blue bank and
between CFU and CTU using SD-7C117-01 or SD-7C117-02. Repeat proce-
dure from Step 11 after locating and correcting trouble.
