NOTE:
When establishing a SLC
(RT) you must initially accept the RT equipment as directed in the
Acceptance Tab procedures. Then you must Turn Up the RT
frame/cabinet supporting equipment so that power is established
using procedures in the Power Up Tab. After the RT power (rectifiers,
batteries, and ringing) has been established, the channel bank can be
Turned Up for the required Feature Package configuration.
For craft personnel familiar with SLC
procedures, the quick reference cards (Appendix B for option settings and Appendix
C for RT Turn Up) may be used for abbreviated Turn Up procedures.
