CAUTION:
Removing the ADU or BCU in an FPB Mode 1 system will
interrupt service on digroup A.
Install equipped and pre-service options in ADU for digroups C
and D:
A. AUB21 ADU (FPA using MC97723A1 or MC97756A1
BCU.)
B. AUB24 ADU (FPB Mode 1 using MC97724A1,
MC97771A1, or MC97776A1 BCU. FPB Mode 2 with
MC97771A1 or MC97776A1 BCU. No special service.)
C. AUB27 ADU [FPB Mode 1 or Mode 2 with special service,
and FPC-AutoCut using MC97771A1 or MC97776A1 BCU.
FPF (ADU optioned for FPC) using MC97779A1 BCU.]
D. AUB26 ADU (FPC or FPD using MC97756A1 BCU.)
6. Install and test PCU in CD shelf.
7. Install TRU (transmit/receive unit) in CD shelf.
8. For FPD only, install TCU (transcoder unit) in LIU-D slot in facility
shelf.

NOTE:
All LIUs in the same system should have identical option
switch settings.
Install DS1 LIU (line interface unit) in LIU-C slot in facility shelf
after making option, equalizer, and transmit pad settings.
