Parameters:
• connection: optional. Used to indicate the connection number to establish. If this
setting is missing, 0 is used. The possible values are:
o 0: Use server 1
o 1: Use server 2

3.3.2 "apn" modem configuration command

The "apn" command is used to configure the modem APN. The APN is required to establish a
2G/3G mobile connection. See the modem configuration (3.2.2.4 - Modem) for more details.
Syntax:
apn <apn> <login> <password>
Parameters:
• apn: the APN name to use for the modem connection
• login: user name authentication is required for some APNs. The value should be
entered here
• password; for authentication, the user password is here

3.3.3 "ftp" FTP configuration command

The "ftp" command is used to configure the "Server 1" FTP server.
Syntax:
ftp <server> <login> <password> <port> <interface>
Parameters:
• server: the name of the FTP server to connect to. This parameter can be a name or an
IP address
• login: login for the indicated FTP server
• password: password for the above login
• port: FTP server port number By default, FTP servers use port 21
• interface: connection type to use. The authorised values are:
o ethernet: uses the ethernet RJ45 connection to connect to the FTP server. The
Ethernet interface must first have been configured for the connection to work
(3.2.2.3 - Networks)
o modem: uses the modem to connect to the FTP server. The modem must have
been configured first. Otherwise, the "apn" command can be used to configure
by text message (3.3.2 - "apn" modem configuration command)

3.3.4 "reboot" command

The "reboot" command is used to reboot the concentrator. The command runs immediately.
