6.5 REMOTE HANDSET TO CONTROLLER

The user can switch from the outstation terminal through to the controller handset by
using the xxc command. No parameters are required. Any further characters entered
are passed through to the controller handset and the replies displayed on the terminal
screen.
When the session is finished, the user can switch back to the outstation by using the
xxo command.

6.6 OTU & MOVA CONFIG STATUS SCREENS
The following sections detail the additional Config Status screens which are related to
the OTU and MOVA applications. These screens are in addition to the general Config
Status screens described in reference 1.3.1.

6.6.1 OTU Status Screen

The OTU Status screen displays the current status and transmission statistics for the
OTU function. The information for simple UTC (type 1) and full UTC (type 2) is
displayed on a single screen. The information will only be populated for the active type
– either simple UTC or full UTC.
