The UTMC OTU/MOVA Outstation is a 3U rack mounted unit which is normally located
in roadside cabinets. The outstation is used to monitor and control a traffic controller
and other on-street equipment. – see UTMC Guide Appendix D.
The outstation is controlled from a UTMC instation across an IP network. The IP
network employed will be dependent on the system application and particular customer
requirements – see UTMC Network Requirements Appendix E.
