Possible Diagnosis
Check with the Network Administrator that all IP ports required by the
Fault
application ( e.g. see E.2) are opened and are not blocked by a Network Router
or Firewall.
Check the System Log web screen to determine which application functions
Fault are being affected.
Check if the configuration of the application matches that expected by the
instation.
