Assemble the spray chamber and nebulizer block:
Ensure the parts in both the spray chamber and nebulizer block have been properly
installed and aligned. The requirements are outlined in the previous two sections.

Attach the drain tube/float/liquid trap to the nebulizer block
This applies to products with serial numbers 0110xxxx and later.

WARNING
Explosion Hazard.
Failure to install the drain tube will cause violent and loud explosions to occur
in both the liquid trap and drain vessel when the flame is lit. The explosion
may be severe enough to cause death, personal injury or damage to the
instrument or laboratory.

Place the O-ring in the recess at the front of the nebulizer block as shown
below.

Holding the nebulizer block in one hand, insert the front end (bayonet mount)
of the spray chamber into the rear end of the nebulizer block. Twist the spray
chamber ¼ turn clockwise to lock the bayonet mount.
Hold the nebulizer block/spray chamber assembly upside down so that the
float falls clear of the hand and screw the new drain tube into the nebulizer
block - see Figure 72 on page 112.
