9. Orient the RF port plug so that its small end goes
down into the RF hole in the new outer base cover
and press the RF port plug into place.
10. Using style 3 tweezers, grip the rubber bushing
portion of the vibrator and remove the vibrator from
the old outer base cover.

11. Position the vibrator in its cavity in the new outer
base cover so that the contacts are oriented away from
the outer base cover and the neck on the vibrator is
aligned with the notch in the wall of the vibrator
cavity.
NOTE!
12. Press the vibrator into its cavity so that it is
completely seated.

Step-by-Step Instructions
The vibrator may separate from its rubber
bushing when being removed. If it does, just
reassemble the two parts.
Be careful not to damage the vibrator
contacts when handling the vibrator.
Do not press on the vibrator contacts when
inserting the vibrator in its cavity.
