8. Verify that the microphone grommet is installed over
the microphone.
9. Using the two alignment features associated with this
switch, place the camera switch portion of the display
flex film into its position on the side of the display
carrier.

Perform sections 3.2.1 - 3.2.4 of the Flip Reassembly Procedure
•
Perform sections 2.2.2 - 2.2.4 the Base Reassembly procedure.

4.33 Microphone

This part comes as part of the display flex film assembly. Therefore to replace this part, the
entire display flex film assembly must be replaced. Refer to the "Display Flex Film Assembly
and the Display Carrier" section for the instructions on replacing the display flex film assembly.
