Inventory Mode - - Report Inventory
Follow this procedure to print out the inventory levels of the fluid tanks.
Instructions
1. Select Report Inventory
With the cursor at REPORT INVENTORY on the
INVENTORY screen, press ENTER on the keypad.

2. Report Inventory

NOTE: REPORT INVENTORY can be initiated when
jobs are running, however, if a job completes and
sends the information to the printer or computer, the
report will be interrupted. It is best to run reports when
no jobs are running.
a.. The REPORT INVENTORY screen appears,
showing that the system is sending the data to
the printer from the Master Control Module.
b.. Wait for the PRINT INVENTORY FINISHED
screen before pressing another key.
NOTE: The length of time it takes to print is
dependant on how many fluids are being con-
figured on the system.
c.. The printout will show the current fluid levels of
the tanks that are being monitored by the
inventory System. The data prints out in com-
puter or printer format, depending on what was
selected during setup. See page 37. See page
40 for information on computer output.
d.. Press any key to return to the INVENTORY
screen.
