Report Jobs - Graco Horizon Fluid Management Systems Instructions Manual

Follow this procedure to retrieve reports on previously completed jobs.
This run option is only available on the Master Control Module.
Instructions
1. Select Report Jobs
NOTE:
D REPORT JOBS can be initiated when jobs are
running, however, if a job completes and sends the
information to the printer or computer, the report will
be interrupted. It is best to run reports when no jobs
are running.
D The system can hold up to 668 transactions before
it begins to write over the oldest jobs.
D See page 40 for information about printer and
computer output. The report will be formatted as set
in COMM. on CM#1. See page 37.
a.. At the RUN screen, move the cursor to
REPORT JOBS by pressing the " or # key.
a. Press ENTER on the keypad.

2. Report Jobs

a.. The REPORT JOBS screen appears with the
cursor in the DATE field.
b.. Type in the date you want the report to start
with.
c.. Press ENTER on the keypad. The cursor will
move to the TIME field.
d.. Type in the time you want the report to start
with. Note that the Horizon has a 24 hour
clock.
e.. Press ENTER on the keypad.
f.. The REPORT IN PROCESS screen will ap-
pear. Wait for the COMPLETED screen to
appear before pressing another key.
NOTE: The length of time it takes to process
the report is dependant on how many jobs
were running in the requested report period
and whether the printer or computer is busy
processing other jobs.
If the system could not find jobs to report
within the time and date parameters called for,
the WARNING screen will appear.
a. After the COMPLETED screen appears, press
any key on the keypad to return to the RUN
screen.
