Clear Setup Options

CAUTION
Clearing the OPERATOR PASSWORDS or ALL
MEMORY will delete all passwords, including the
password the system is supplied with, which allows
Setup access. Before exiting SETUP, enter a new
password for Setup access. See page 29.
Do not clear memory while there are active or waiting
jobs in the system. Memory should only be cleared at
installation time or before a new software setup
configuration.
1. Move the cursor to CLEAR SETUP using the #
key.
2. Press ENTER on the keypad.
3. The CLEAR OPTIONS screen will appear, with the
cursor at ALL MEMORY.
4. Scroll to the option that needs to be modified by
pressing the # or " key.
5. Press ENTER on the keypad when the cursor is at
the desired option.
6. The CLEAR verification screen will appear with the
cursor on NO. If ENTER is pressed with NO se-
lected, the screen will return to CLEAR OPTIONS
screen.
7. Scroll to YES by pressing the # or " key.
8. Press ENTER on the keypad. The selected table
will be cleared and the CLEAR OPTIONS screen
will appear.
9. Press BACK key to return to SETUP screen.
