Set Inventory Levels
If inventory tracking is disabled (default setting):
D Can initiate any new jobs with preset or free flow.
D Tank levels under INVNT menu will not count down.
D Resettable/non-resettable totals will count up.
D The tank level is not checked against the preset
amount.
D Inventory alarms will not display in the HOME
screen.
If inventory tracking is enabled:
D All system fluids must be tracked.
D Tank levels under INVNT menu will count down.
D Resettable/non-resettable totals will count up.
D At the beginning of a job, the tank level is checked
against the preset amount. If the preset amount
exceeds the the amount of fluid in the tank, the job
will not start.
D Inventory alarms will display on the last line of the
HOME screen on each keypad, as shown in the
Inventory Alarm Screen Display example below.
Adding the fluid called for and updating the inven-
tory tank level will clear the alarm. See page 57.
To Enable Inventory Tracking:
1. Cursor is in the ENABLE/DISABLE field. DISABLE
is the default setting. Press the # or " key to scroll
to ENABLE.
2. Press ENTER to confirm the setting and go to the
next screen.
3. Cursor is in the fluid number (FL#01) field.
4. The fluid number will automatically increment up
by 1, based on the fluids entered while entering the
fluid data (page 32).
5. Press ENTER on the keypad.
6. Cursor moves to the REORDER PT. (point) field.
7. Type the minimum fluid level the tank should be
allowed to reach before receiving an alarm to refill
it.
8. Press ENTER on the keypad.
9. Cursor moves to the TANK LVL (level) field.
10. Type the current fluid level of the tank.
11. Press ENTER on the keypad.
12. When the cursor is at MORE, press ENTER to
repeat the screen for each fluid.
-- Or move the cursor to EXIT to exit the inventory
levels setup.
