System Setup - - Time and Date
Instructions
Set Time and Date
NOTE: Only the Master Control Module can access the
TIME AND DATE screen.
1. With the cursor in the DATE field, type in the
month, day, and year (MMDDYY).
2. Press ENTER on the keypad.
3. With the cursor in the TIME field, type in the hour
and minute (HH:MM). Note that the Horizon has a
24 hour clock.
4. Press ENTER on the keypad.

Set Operator Access Information
1. With the cursor in the NAME field, type in the
operators identification (maximum of 4 characters).
2. Press ENTER on the keypad.
3. With the cursor in the PASSWORD field, type in
four letters and/or numbers for the operator's
password.
4. Press ENTER on the keypad.
5. With the cursor in the ACCESS field, scroll to the
correct access level using the # or " key. RUN,
SETUP, or INVNT (inventory) can be entered.
Selecting RUN will allow the operator to use
D
the Run Menus only.
Selecting INVNT will allow the operator to use
D
the Run and Inventory Menus.
Selecting SETUP will allow the operator to use
D
all of the system menus.
6. Press ENTER on the keypad.
7. With the cursor at ADD, press ENTER to add
another operator. Or use the # or " key to scroll to
DELETE and press ENTER to remove the entire
record.
This sequence will repeat until EXIT is selected,
then the SAVE SETUP screen will appear. See
page 30.
