7. Dispense

a.. After the dispense is confirmed, if the system
does not detect any problems, it will turn on
the correct fluid and/or air solenoids, enable
the meter pulse count, and start the time out
clock.
b.. The ENTRY ACCEPTED or the ENTRY
REJECTED screen will appear. Wait for the
next screen to appear with the actual status of
the job before pressing another key.
NOTE: The length of time it takes to process
the job is dependant on how many fluids are
being configured on the system.
c.. ENTRY ACCEPTED: STATUS: ACTIVE
means that the solenoids have been activated
and the system is ready to dispense. Up to 12
jobs can be accepted into the active queue per
system.
ENTRY ACCEPTED: STATUS: WAITING
means that there is a utilization conflict, which
has placed the job in the waiting queue. The
job will start as soon as the conflict is elimi-
nated.
ENTRY REJECTED: STATUS: SYSTEM FULL
means that there are 24 jobs in the system
already. No more jobs can be entered until at
least one of the active jobs is completed.
NOTE: Go to the VIEW CURRENT JOBS
screens to monitor job status. See page 54.
ENTRY REJECTED: STATUS: PRINT
BUFFER FULL
means that no more jobs can be entered until
the printer buffer empties.
