Inventory Mode - - History Totals
Follow this procedure to view how much fluid has been used over a given period of time.
Instructions
1. Select History Totals
With the cursor at HISTORY TOTALS on the
INVENTORY screen, press ENTER on the keypad.

2. History Totals

a.. The HISTORY TOTALS screen appears with
the cursor in the RESET field, on NO.
The screen will show the fluid #01 tank level in
gallons or liters.
NOTE: Unit of measurement is determined
during setup. See page 32.
b.. The first line of the HISTORY TOTALS screen
is a non-resettable total. The total will only
reset to zero when new software is installed.
c.. The second line is a resettable total. If the his-
tory level has never been reset, the line after
the word SINCE will be blank. If the level has
been reset previously, this line will show the
hour, minute, and second (HH:MM:DD) and
the month, day, and year (MM:DD:YY) when
the level was reset. Note that the Horizon has
a 24 hour clock.
d.. Entering NO will move the cursor to MORE.
Follow the instructions in step 4, below.
3. Reset Tank History Amount
a.. Press the # " arrow keys to change RESET?
NO to RESET? YES and press ENTER.
b.. The second line of the tank history will reset to
zero and will time-stamp the entry with the time
and date, and the cursor will move to MORE.
4. More or Exit
a.. Entering MORE will take you to the next fluid
that was setup in inventory.
b.. Press the # " arrow keys to move the cursor to
EXIT and press ENTER to go to the SAVE
INVNT (inventory) screen.
