External start via the PROFIBUS interface
A H S measuring process can also be started via the PROFIBUS interface. If the measuring-point switch option is implemented, the

measuring-point to be analyzed is additionally selected. After the H S measuring cycle has been completed, the continuous

measuring mode of the other components continues to be active until another measuring point is selected.
Further details concerning the PROFIBUS interface can be found in the appendix to this documentation.
If the device is controlled via the digital inputs or via the Profibus interface, an H S measuring interval of "9999" should be set in
2
order to avoid conflicts with the automatic measuring interval.
