3 Hardware installation

3.1

Requirements for the plant of installation, power supply

All major system components are installed in a wall-mounted housing with IP20 protection. The device is hence designed for
installation in closed, air-conditioned rooms. The device should be typically installed on a vertical wall in the central machinery room
of the biogas plant as close as possible to the point of sampling.
Air inlet and air outlet openings may not be obstructed by objects or walls in order to ensure sufficient air circulation and to avoid
heat accumulation.
The analyzer system must be protected against adverse ambient conditions, such as:
extreme cold,
-
exposure to heat radiation, for example, sunlight, furnaces, boilers or gas motors,
-
strong temperature fluctuations,
-
accumulation and penetration of dust,
-
aggressive atmosphere and
-
shock/vibration.
