binding is a host bus adapter (HBA) function that allows a subset of discovered targets
to be bound between a server and device.
Implemented by a WWNN or WWPN, persistent binding causes a tape drive's WWN to
be bound to a specific SCSI target ID.

Minimum level to support LTO-7 with SL150
firmware version of 2.60.
These versions do not support the Expanded
Mailslot configuration (19 mailslots) available
with library firmware version 2.25 or later.
