Using the IR Remote
The IR remote provides basic camera control.
What do you need to do?
Power on or standby
Select the camera to control (if this
remote controls more than one)
Discover the camera's IP address
Move the camera
Make left and right arrows behave
intuitively
Move the camera to a preset
position
Store a preset
Clear a preset
Adjust for excess light behind the
camera's subject
Focus the camera
Zoom in (tele) or out (wide)

Storing a Preset Using the Remote
Position the camera. Then hold down the Preset button and press one of the numbered preset buttons.
Clearing a Preset Using the Remote
Press and hold the Reset button while pressing the preset number you want to clear.

Data Screen button (top left) overlays IP
and MAC addresses on video output. Press
again to dismiss.
Arrow buttons and Home button (dark red)
Std Pan directions are from the camera's
point of view, Rev Pan reverses this.
