HARD fault - Stow to bin failed.
HARD fault - Fetch from drive failed.
HARD fault - Stow to drive failed.
HARD fault - the drive has not complied with
an unload/eject command within 5 minutes.
HARD fault - the motor process has detected
an illegal setting of the configuration
jumpers on the loader PWB.
HARD fault - the "shuttle occupied" limit
switch indicated "no cartridge" when the
shuttle should be occupied.
HARD fault - F/W err: invalid state value
(unused).
HARD fault - Picker jam detected. The
picker was unable to reach the target
position after multiple retries.
HARD fault - Shuttle jam detected. The
shuttle was unable to reach the target
position after multiple retries.
HARD fault - Passthru Elevator jam
detected.
HARD fault - The main code image failed the
power up CRC check and is unusable.
HARD fault - The RAM did not read back the
same data that was written.
HARD fault - The servo tach Xilinx did not
program properly (obsolete err).
