Remove the back cover of the PC 5170 (see Section 3.5.1).
Step 4:
The CD drive blank plate assembly is attached to the rear panel by two retention

Remove the two retention screws from the bottom panel and slide the CD drive
blank plate assembly toward the PCI riser card until it can be lifted out of the
chassis (Figure 3-7).
