Connecting With an MCU

You can perform a multiple communication with making a
connection to an MCU (Multipoint Control Unit).
The chair control is only activated between 99 terminals.

Connect to an MCU.

Press the MULTI/AUTO button on the Remote
Commander.
The Chair Control menu appears on the monitor screen.

1 Enters a terminal number from 1 to 99 in this box.
2 Displays the number of connected terminals from 1 to
99.
3 Displays a selected terminal number from 1 to 99;
"This terminal," "No one," or "Unidentified terminal."
4 Displays a broadcasted terminal number from 1 to 99;
"This terminal," "No one," or "Unidentified terminal."

Select the picture to be displayed or broadcast with the
Chair Control menu.
Note
When you do an incapable operation, the indication
"COMMAND IS REJECTED BY MCU" appears on the
monitor screen.
To see a picture of the selected terminal

Enter the terminal number in the box 1 in the Chair
Control menu with the number buttons on the Remote
Commander.

Press the VIEW SEL button on the Remote Commander.
The picture of the selected terminal appears on the local
monitor.
The selected terminal number is displayed in the box 3.
Note
When you have not input the terminal number, a terminal
which has the lowest number is first selected, and each time
you press the VIEW SEL button, the picture is cyclically
switched from the one which has the low number.
To broadcast a picture of the selected terminal to all the
terminals

Enter the terminal number in the box 1 in the Chair
Control menu with the number buttons on the Remote
Commander.

Press the EXEC button on the Remote Commander.
A picture of the selected terminal appears on your monitor
and it is broadcasted to all terminals.
The selected terminal number is displayed in the box 4.
The indication
appears on the monitor screen when you
broadcast.
