Calling a Registered Remote Party

Press the LIST button on the Remote Commander.
The Dial List menu appears on the monitor screen.

Select an index title (remote party) with the joy stick on the
Remote Commander.
Select an index title with the joy stick on the Remote
Commander.
• To page up the Dial List menu, press the
Remote Commander.
• To page down the Dial List menu, press the
the Remote Commander.
You can sort the list on the Dial List menu.
For details, see "To sort the list on the Dial List menu" on
the next page.

Press the DIAL ( ) button on the Remote Commander.
The system dials the selected remote party in step 2, and
the indication "Dialing ..." appears on the monitor screen.
When the connection is completed, the indication
"MEETING STARTS!" appears on the monitor screen.

Press the CANCEL button on the Remote Commander.
To sort the list on the Dial List menu
You can sort the list on the Dial List menu alphabetically.

Press one of the number buttons on the Remote
Commander.
The titles are rearranged alphabetically, and they are
displayed beginning with the title whose first character is
the same as the one on the pressed button.
When you press the 0 button on the Remote Commander,
the seven titles are displayed beginning with the most
recently dialed title.
Example: Press the 2 button.
The list is sorted and it is displayed beginning with the one
whose initial letter is A.
Example: Press the 3 button.
The list is sorted and it is displayed beginning with the one
whose initial letter is D.
Note
Charcters in uppercase have precedences over ones in
lowercase.
