Function
Tapping a button opens the detail screen for the
corresponding process variable. Tapping HOME takes
the user back to the home screen.
The icon is gray if no alarm is active.
The icon is red if an alarm is active.
Shows if the mixer is in Local Control mode or in
FlexFactory Control mode.
Displays the agitator speed (rpm). Agitator direction
(CW or CCW, clockwise or counterclockwise) is shown
at the top of the display. See Agitator Detail screen,
on page 100.
The red E-STOP button is shown during an emergency
stop.
Nothing is shown during normal operation.
Tapping RESET confirms that the EMERGENCY STOP
button on the I/O Cabinet has been disengaged after
an emergency shutdown. See Restart XDUO mixer,
on page 38.
Nothing is shown during normal operation.
Shows if data logging is active. The status is shown
in green (Logging Active) or gray (Logging Inactive).
See Start and stop data logging, on page 205.
Displays the temperature of both temperature sen-
sors ( °C). The currently selected temperature sensor
is shown in black. The active control mode (Manual
or Auto) is shown at the top of the display. See Tem-
perature Detail screen, on page 107.
Tapping Login lets the user to log in to the software.
When a user is logged in, the user name is shown.
See Log in, on page 200.
Displays the mixer vessel weight (kg). See Weight
Detail screen, on page 112.
Displays the conductivity value of the disposable bag
contents (mS/cm). See Conductivity Detail screen,
on page 102.
