Agitation, Xcellerex XDUO mixer
Problem
The agitator does not start.
The agitator does not start on

Possible causes
Min Weight interlock is active.
The system is in the state of E-
STOP.
The agitator is not enabled.
The system is in the state of E-
STOP.
The system is in Manual mode
and cannot accept the setpoint.
9 Troubleshooting
Corrective action
Check the weight of the dispos-
able bag. See Section 2.4
Xcellerex XDUO mixer interlocks,
on page 43 for more informa-
tion.
Tap RESET on the local control
software home screen and start
the agitator when the system
has been restarted after emer-
gency shutdown.
Note:
The agitator cannot be started
while the system is in the state
E-STOP.
