Safety labels
The following table describes the various safety labels that are located on the parts of
XDM and XDUO mixers.

Description
Warning! Do not use XDM or XDUO mixers before
reading the Operating Instructions. Do not open
any covers or replace parts unless specifically
stated in the user documentation.
Warning! Strong magnetic field. The magnetic
field can be harmful to pacemaker wearers.
High Voltage. Hazardous voltage can cause se-
vere injury or death. Turn off power and Lock-Out
/ Tag-Out (LOTO) before service.
Warning! Hot surface. Do not touch the vessel
surface, and areas around the vessel jacket inlet
(SUPPLY) and outlet (RETURN) during high temper-
ature runs. The temperature of the vessel surface
may be higher than 60°C. Do not perform any
maintenance work until the vessel walls have
cooled down.
Warning and entanglement hazard hand in
gears. Moving parts can crush and cut. Turn off
power and Lock-Out / Tag-Out (LOTO) before ser-
vice.
