Problem
The oven does not
operate.
There is no good
cooking perform‐
ance using the True
Fan Cooking PLUS
function.
Possible cause
You did not remove
the accessories
from the appliance
before the start of
the cleaning proce‐
dure. They can
compromise the
steam cycle and
decrease the per‐
formance.
The automatic igni‐
tion does not work.
The home gas
safety valve, if in‐
stalled in the home
circuit, is closed.
You did not acti‐
vate the True Fan
Cooking PLUS
function.

Remedy
Remove the acces‐
sories from the ap‐
pliance and repeat
the function.
After lightning the
flame, keep the
knob for the gas
control pushed for
15 seconds or less.
Ignite the burner
manually with a
long match. Hold
the flame near the
hole in the bottom
of the oven cavity.
At the same time
push the knob for
the gas control and
turn it counterclock‐
wise to the maxi‐
mum temperature.
When the flame
comes on, keep the
knob for the gas
control pushed for
15 seconds or less
to let the thermo‐
couple warm up. If
not, the gas flow is
interrupted.
Make sure that the
home gas safety
valve is open. If the
problem continues,
please contact a
qualified person.
