Deactivate the hob.
Remove the hot
cookware. After ap‐
proximately 30 sec‐
onds, activate the
zone again. If the
cookware was the
problem, the error
message goes out.
Residual heat indi‐
cator can stay on.
Let the cookware
become sufficiently
cool. Check if your
cookware is com‐
patible with the hob.
Check if objects
block the cooling
fan. If
comes
on again, speak to
an Authorised Serv‐
ice Centre.
Check if the hob is
correctly connected
to the electrical sup‐
ply. Remove the
fuse, wait one mi‐
nute, and insert the
fuse again.
Speak to a qualified
electrician to check
the installation. Re‐
fer to the connec‐
tion diagram.
Check if the hob is
correctly connected
to the electrical sup‐
ply.
Place the burner
cap and crown cor‐
rectly.
Place the flame
spreader correctly.
